Your sole and exclusive remedy for any disputes with us is to discontinue your use of the Services. This limitation of liability clause shall survive the termination of your use of the Services or the Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sometimes, LLC, its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of the Terms, the misuse or abuse of the Services, or the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and the Terms.
